Internet Governance Forum 2010

Internet Governance Forum (IGF) is a unified platform which aims at discussing the current and important issues of the Internet across the world. It was established in 2006 when the Tunis Agenda for the Information Society invited the Secretary-General of the United Nations to set up a new forum to stimulate open policy dialogue on issues of Internet Governance. IGF invites the participants across the Globe on its annual meeting. Participants represent the governments, multinational organizations, Internet service providers, telecommunication companies, civil society and the media. Participants discuss on the multifaceted public policy issues  and share their opinions and experiences related to Internet governance.
